The electronic registration of higher education student information is formed successively from enrollment, electronic registration of freshmen student record to yearly electronic registration of in-school student record and electronic registration of qualification information. The formation of qualification data is perfectly coherent, so as to avoid illegal data or tampered data entering the national student record and qualification database.
